Cordonnet is a thick and very strong synthetic sewing thread which can be used for assembling or repairing leather or very thick fabrics. You can also use it for topstitching, shoe making or sewing on buttons. It can be used for outdoor use (tarpaulin sewing for example).
100% glossy polyester, this “SPECIAL SHOES” cord will allow you to sew your leather by hand or by machine.
750 meter spool of “Fil Au Chinois” polyester cord
Wire diameter: approximately 0.63 mm (No. 30)
This cord is made up of 3 twisted strands. Its glossy finish will allow it to slide well when sewing and will provide the thread with additional protection.
