The "Fil au Chinois" Special Leather Goods thread is a sewing thread made of 70% high-resistance polyester, which is coated with 30% cotton fibers during the spinning process.
It is then twisted into 2 plies, then dyed and glazed to allow it to glide smoothly during sewing and provide additional protection to the thread.
This "SPECIAL LEATHER GOODS" cord is ideal for machine sewing but can also be used by hand.
