ROUND bag clasp PYRAMID button - 33mm -Nickel plated

TURNSTIC CLOSURE - ROUND CLASP WITH PYRAMID BUTTON

The two parts of the clasp fit into each other. Closing is done by turning the button which has 8 notches. To open the bag, you must align the button with the square on the piece below, to close it, simply turn it one notch.

Clasp assembly :
- For the upper part: cut a 19 x 19 mm notch in the leather + 2 5 mm notches for the screws. Place a part on each side of the leather then assemble them with the 2 screws provided.
- For the lower part (with the button): simply make 2 straight notches of a few millimeters, place the plate and spread the tabs of the clasp (like a brad) to hold the leather.

Dimensions :
- Maximum diameter of the closed clasp: 33 mm
- Maximum height: 25 mm
- Maximum recommended leather thickness: between 2 and 3 mm (if you have thinner leather, you can add reinforcement behind)
Don’t hesitate to do a test on a scrap of leather to properly measure the notches to make!

Sold with the screws and the plate necessary for fixing.
