MAGNETIC CLOSURE - SQUARE 19 X 19 MM

This square TOP magnetic clasp provides a discreet closure for a bag, purse, glasses case, phone pouch, etc.

Material: Steel
Finish of your choice: Antique Brass or Nickel-plated

Each clasp is composed of 4 pieces.

Dimensions :
- Clasp dimensions: 19 x 19 mm
- Female part thickness: 3 mm
- Male part thickness: 0.8 mm
- Prong length: 10 mm

This clasp is more powerful than the standard square clasp (ref. AA197).

Installation is simple:
- Place the back plate (metal support) in the desired location, then mark the 2 reference points with a silver pencil. 
- Using a cutter or the Deco Cuir prong clasp setting tool (ref. TB272), make incisions at the reference points in your leather. 
- Insert the prongs of one part of the magnetic top into the incisions on the grain side (right side).
- Place the metal support on the flesh side (wrong side) and fold down the prongs. - Repeat the operation for the second part of the magnetic top.
- The magnetic top is installed; all that remains is to hide it in a lining.
