MAGNETIC SNAP - ROUND Ø 18 MM

This round TOP magnetic clasp creates a discreet closure on a coin purse, glasses case, phone pouch, etc.

Material: Steel
Finish options: Gunmetal, Antique Brass, or Nickel-plated

Each clasp consists of 4 parts.

Dimensions:
- Clasp diameter: 18 mm
- Female part thickness: 3.5 mm
- Male part thickness: 0.8 mm
- Prong length: 10 mm

The female part is thinner than the standard version (ref. AA195) and slightly less powerful.

Installation is simple:
- Place the back plate (metal support) in the desired location and mark the 2 spots with a silver pencil. 
- Using a cutter or the installation tool for pronged clasps Deco Cuir (ref. TB272), make incisions at the marks in your leather. 
- Insert the prongs of one part of the magnetic snap into the incisions on the grain side (front).
- Place the metal support on the flesh side (back) and fold down the prongs. - Repeat the operation for the second part of the magnetic snap.
- The magnetic snap is installed; all that remains is to conceal it with a lining.
