Assembly tips:

• Cut the zipper to the desired length, allowing for a 1 cm margin on each side.
• If desired, you can finish the tape ends: sew a few overcast stitches by machine or apply glue to the end to prevent fraying.
• Remove a few teeth from the top and bottom using the tool (reference: TB376) to create space.
• Insert the first top stop around a single row of teeth (one side at a time). Position it on the last tooth at the top. Firmly flatten the metal stop with flat-nose pliers (such as reference: TB112). Tighten gradually, checking for secure attachment. Repeat on the other side.
• Insert the slider suitable for the correct tooth width. To facilitate its installation, we recommend using a tool for placing the slider on the zipper. To do this, open a few teeth in two and insert the slider from the bottom. Be careful not to un-mesh too much to avoid misalignment. Gradually slide the slider upwards.
• Place the bottom stop (X-shaped) straddling both tapes, just below the last tooth. Clamp the metal stop with the flat-nose pliers.
• Ensure the slider cannot pass before sewing the zipper onto your creation.

Attention: One unit = 10 cm
For example, if you want 100 cm (1 meter) of zipper, you need to order 10 units. If you order several meters, we will try to provide it in a single piece, but for reasons of bobbin changes, your desired length may be divided into 2 pieces. In all cases, we guarantee pieces of at least 2 meters.
