Set of round drive punches from 2 to 4.8 mm - Tandy Leather

SET OF 6 ROUND HOLLOW PUNCHES

Tandy Leather set of mini-punches / hollow punches with interchangeable removable tubes.

This set of quality tools includes:
- a forged steel handle (length 80 mm, diameter 11 mm)
- 6 round hardened steel hollow punches to screw onto the handle, with diameters of 2 mm (0.08 in.) – 2.4 mm (0.09 in.) – 3.2 mm (0.13 in.) – 3.6 mm (0.14 in.) – 4 mm (0.16 in.) - 4.8 mm (0.19 in.)
- a small wrench to help screw/unscrew the punches

Total tool length with a punch mounted: 9.4 cm

Supplied in a storage box (transparent blister pack)

Replacement tips are sold separately.

Additional information:
Cut leather can tend to get stuck in the tool's evacuation channel (of the handle), we advise you to remove the cut-outs regularly using a small metal rod (round-tip needle, round awl...).
You can also facilitate cutting with the tool by putting a little beeswax on the cutting edge of the punch before use.
To preserve the durability of your tool, we recommend working on an ertalon cutting mat and placing a sacrificial piece under your leather.

These tips can also be used with the Craftplus 3960 manual press and the 3993-00 punch adapter.
