LEATHER PUNCH - OVAL FOR BELT BUCKLE
Achieve clean and precise cuts on your leather with this steel punch, designed for making oval cuts.
This punch is specially designed to cut leather to the exact size of the AZE buckle, ref. 11741. This allows the leather inlay to fit perfectly into the support, ensuring a perfect finish for your personalized belt buckle.
Methods of use :
- With a manual press 3960-00: use the steel plate 3961-03 to press the punches and the cutting plate 3960-11 to protect their edge.
- With the Deco Cuir tapper (ref. TB352) and a mallet.
- With the 5-ton hand cutting press (ref. TA986).
Dimensions :
- Punch height: 24 mm
- Dimensions: 49 x 66 mm
To prevent oxidation of your steel punch, we recommend applying a thin layer of oil to protect it.
This punch is designed for occasional use and is not suitable for large-series production.
We advise you to remove the leather cutouts after each use to avoid putting strong pressure on the weld.
