Achieve clean and precise cuts on your leather with this steel punch, designed for oval cuts.
This punch is specifically designed to cut leather to the exact size of the AZE belt buckle ref.11741. This allows the leather inlay to fit perfectly into the support, ensuring a perfect finish for your personalized belt buckle.
Usage methods :
- With a hand press 3960-00: use the steel plate 3961-03 to press the punches and the cutting plate 3960-11 to protect their cutting edge.
- With the Deco Cuir tapper (ref. TB352) and a mallet.
- With the 5-ton hand cutting press (ref. TA986).
Dimensions :
- Punch height: 24 mm

To prevent oxidation of your steel punch, we recommend applying a thin coat of oil to protect it.
This punch is designed for occasional use; it is not suitable for large-scale production.
We advise you to remove leather cutouts after each use to avoid strong pressure on the weld.
