ROUND BELT END CUTTER
Punching tool for making ROUND ends for belts and other leather straps (e.g. bracelets...) from the Osborne brand.
High-strength steel blade that can be sharpened many times.

Leather Decorating Tips :
- We recommend using ERTALON or polymer cutting plates for perfect results.
- Steel hammers are not recommended. A wooden or polymer mallet is preferable.
