Description
COOKIE CUTTER FOR SCREW PUNCH
This very high quality Japanese steel bit is used with the Nonaka Screw Punch rotary drill (Ref. ) . This item makes it easy and noiseless to make a perfectly round hole on leather, paper, card stock or fabric.
Each cookie cutter is hand sharpened in Japan to ensure a clean cut.
The Screw Punch is the original rotary punch created by Nonaka in Japan in 1977. Simply screw the tip onto the handle, then press on the tool to rotate the tip and make a round hole. A single press is enough to pierce even the thickest leathers. It is quiet so you can use it anywhere and anytime.
The internal shape of the tip is conical to facilitate the evacuation of the cut.
Dimensions :
- Hole diameter to choose from: 1 to 5 mm
- Tip length: approximately 16 mm
Advice :
- We recommend using an ERTALON cutting plate to have a clean cut and not damage the edge of the cookie cutter.
- Do not use the cookie cutter on a metal surface as this could damage the cutting edge.
- To prevent the evacuation channel of the cookie cutters from becoming blocked, we advise you to remove the cutouts regularly using a small metal rod (round-end needle, round awl, etc.) .
- You can also make cutting the tool easier by putting a little beeswax on the edge of the cookie cutter before each use.
Tip sold individually and alone (without the handle).
Cutting tool, keep out of reach of children.
Made in Japan by Nonaka.
