CUSTOMIZABLE OVAL CONCHO

Create your own decorative accessory with this customizable oval concho.
Make this concho unique by customizing it with a piece of dyed leather, decorated with stamps or engraved with a wood-burning tool, for example.

A very strong 3M double-sided adhesive is already applied to the concho to allow you to easily attach your customization.
The concho then easily attaches to your leather project thanks to its two prongs.

Materials: Zamac (concho) and steel (prongs and back plate)
Finish: Nickel-plated

Approximate dimensions :
- External dimensions (Height x Length): 25 x 40 mm
- Internal dimensions (Height x Length): 23 x 38 mm
- Concho thickness: 3.5 mm
- Inner rim height: 2 mm

Instructions for use :

For concho customization:
- Create a paper pattern by positioning it on the concho (the oval should measure approximately 23 mm in height and 38 mm in width).
- Place the paper pattern on your piece of leather and trace the outlines.
- Cut the leather and customize it as desired (dyeing, stamping, pyrography...)
- Peel off the protective film from the double-sided adhesive, then glue your piece of leather onto the concho.

To attach the concho to your leather:
- Incise two slots in your leather to insert the prongs.
- Place the back plate, then fold the prongs over the back of the leather (like a split pin).
