RENIA SYNTIC-TOTAL UNIVERSAL GLUE

Renia's Syntic Total glue is a synthetic PU-based adhesive that can bond all types of materials: leather, rubber, PVC, PU, TPU, TR (halogenated) and other plastics, with the exception of EVA and PE/PP. It is ideal for shoe bonding and orthopedic applications.

This glue has a fast drying time of 5 to 30 minutes depending on the materials. It can be used cold or hot and can be dried under infrared lamps.
If you leave the pot open for too long or forget to close it, the solvent evaporates and the glue thickens. You can restore the glue's fluidity by adding Renia thinner for neoprene glue (ref. WA197) and mixing well.

Instructions for use :
- Lightly sand the surface to be glued with a file or rasp.
- For firm and dense materials (e.g., rubber), apply glue to only one of the two surfaces to be bonded. For porous materials (leather, PUR, microcellular...), apply glue to both surfaces to be bonded.
- Press the two surfaces together with a roller or mallet and hold them tightly for 5 to 30 minutes.
- If you exceed the drying time, the glue can be reactivated with heat (infrared lamp or hairdryer, for example).
- Final adhesion after 24 hours.
