These long stainless steel blades have a high carbon content, and are specially designed to offer excellent sharpness and a long lifespan.
The handles are made in one single piece, from blade to handle, to provide perfect cutting balance. They are covered with an elegant anti-glare matte surface. The "duplex interlock" double fastening prevents the blades from loosening during cutting.

The large ergonomic handles are covered with rubber to offer you great working comfort, even for extended periods.
