DIY BELT KIT

Deco Cuir has created this kit for you to make your own full-grain leather belt. This strap is cut from vegetable-tanned butt leather, featuring 7 holes and an ogive-shaped tip. Easy to assemble with 2 Chicago screws, simply choose your interchangeable belt buckle (compatible with pin buckles).

Beginner level: no technical knowledge is required, and a detailed instruction manual is provided. To size it, only one cut and two holes are needed.

Due to the manufacturing process, the strap width may vary slightly.

Which size should I order?
100 cm: for pant sizes (EUR) 34 to 42
120 cm: for pant sizes (EUR) 44 to 54

The kit includes:
- 1 leather strap, 3.5 mm thick
- 1 belt loop
- 1 chape
- 2 aged brass Chicago screws

Required equipment:
- 1 belt buckle
- 1 screwdriver
- 1 x 4 mm leather punch
- 1 cutter

Deco Cuir Tip: For a beautiful finish, you can treat the edges of the leather with an edge finish or a finishing gum (e.g., tokonole).

Leather Info: This is a finished leather, meaning you cannot do tooling on it, but hot stamping works very well.
The flesh side of this leather is resin-coated, giving it a beautiful finish.
