LEATHER CARVING PATTERN - SKELETON JACKALOPE

A cross between a hare and an antelope, the jackalope is a legendary creature from American folklore. This reusable pattern translates this myth into a skeleton version, in three complementary illustrations: a jackalope in profile, a jackalope head seen from the front, and a sitting cowboy.

This plastic pattern will allow you to reproduce these western designs on your leather many times. It should only be used with unsealed vegetable-tanned leather. Ideal for creating tooling on your cases, bags, satchels, notebooks...

Usage tips:
- After wetting your leather with a sponge, position the pattern where desired, relief side on the leather.
- Transfer the chosen design by passing a bone folder, a roller, or a modeling tool over the drawing. You need to press so that the design "prints" onto the leather.
- Then work your design using a swivel knife on the solid lines and with stamps. The references of the stamps used for the illustration are indicated on it (tools sold separately).
- Color your designs with leather paints (sold separately).
