These 6 mini-punches in steel quickly and precisely cut oval holes in leather. They are interchangeable and can be easily screwed/unscrewed onto the steel handle using the small key provided.
This set is ideal for quickly and precisely creating slots for your small buckles, making original decorations on your creations...

- Punches: 1.5 x 2.5 mm / 2 x 3.5 mm / 3 x 4.5 mm / 4 x 5.5 mm / 4.5 x 6.5 mm / 5 x 7 mm
- Handle length: 90 mm
- Handle diameter: 15 mm
- Total tool length with a mounted punch: 108 mm

Depending on the leather, we notice that the holes may be larger than the advertised measurements.

Tips:
- Do not use the punch on a metal surface as this may damage the cutting edge.
- When using small diameter punches (less than 4 mm), depending on the leather used (density, thickness...), the leather cut-out may tend to get stuck in the tool's evacuation channel. To prevent it from getting severely blocked, we advise you to regularly remove the cut-outs using a small metal rod (round-tipped needle, round awl, ...).
- You can also facilitate the tool's cutting by putting a little beeswax on the cutting edge of the punch before each use.
- We recommend using an ERTALON cutting board for perfect work.
- Steel hammers are not recommended. Prefer a wooden or polymer mallet.
